Not good news for my first posting.
Well, this is another new thing to me but blogs seem to be the recent online craze so I just had to have one, like the big child that I am. If it’s new I have to have it.
Like I had to have a Laptop with wireless internet connection and the “Not good news” that I speak off in my title is referring to the fact that last night I smashed the screen on my laptop and I almost cried like a baby. It’s not a good idea to smash a TFT screen on a laptop.
The even more bad news is that I phoned PC World and they tell me it can cost up to £500 or around $1000 to have it fixed. So it looks like I’m back to the desktop until I make a lot more sales.
I have been doing this internet thing for close to 6 years now and I don’t do too bad in terms of monthly income. I’ve just set up this blog, my forum and an article submission script, all in the interests of networking and building an online community. Why? The main reason being that email is dying and no longer are people getting to read the stuff that I send out so I had to look for alternatives and these new additions to my newsletter are part of it.

Ya, I think the screens on some laptops are the most expensive part of it. You should have it fixed in no time!

Now that I know the cost of the screen for a laptop I’m going to be to be really really good and LOL I will have to keep an eye on your blog and read it often..You are right about email
dying..Even things you sign up for end up in my bulk or I don’t get them at all!!..Sometimes it feels like Yahoo is playing Big brother in telling me what I can and can not read in my email…
