Bad Online Customer Service..It WILL Ruin You.
What is it about companies and bad customer service?
What don’t they understand about how bad customer service can ruin your future prospects and totally damage your good reputation?
It amazes me that people who have been online for a long time still fail to realise this basic concept of business. Customer service is what keeps people coming back.
I am no business guru but to me this is basic common sense.
My recent experience with a company, that I will not name, has been diabolical, numerous unanswered emails, unpaid commissions, double charging of membership fees with unbelievably slow resolution of the double charge. The lists goes on.
Turns out too that I am not the only one experiencing these problems.
Maybe the best thing to do when starting a big marketing campaign would be to ask yourself….DO I have a system in place to cope with the response, the questions and the problems….If and when anything goes wrong??…..Wouldn’t this make a lot of sense???
You can bet your life that I and others will not be in business with this company again unless there is a massive turnaround in their practices.
I wonder did the BIG GUYS at the top of the line get paid?
