I just watched these videos a few hours ago and couldn’t wait to get them out to you.

You will need a couple of things before you get started.
If you already have a website and hosting then all you need is an ftp program. If you have your own ftp program then skip straight to the sales page.
The ftp program they use in the videos is Cuteftp and I have found a free version here:

If you don’t have your own web site then you can get one for less than $20, register a domain at Godaddy($10 per year at most) and then have it hosted at Hostgator for $6.95 per month.
